This project involved the transformation of an existing house located in the hills above Lutry. The aim was to enhance the reception floor by integrating a home cinema, while also giving true living value to the lower ground floor.
The master bedroom is now located on this level, along with a spacious bathroom and a sauna. These rooms open onto an outdoor patio that extends the living space into a relaxation area, featuring an outdoor lounge with a fire table and a jacuzzi.
All bedrooms have been redesigned, each with its own bathroom, and some with access to private outdoor areas.
