This project involves the construction of two semi-detached villas in Founex, designed to combine modern aesthetics with high energy performance. Minergie-certified, they offer a bright and sustainable living environment, perfectly integrated into their surroundings. The architecture is defined by clean volumes and noble materials, including natural wood cladding and light-colored plaster. Large openings have been incorporated to maximize natural light and enhance the sense of space. The open-plan living areas promote comfort and conviviality, while the Minergie certification ensures low energy consumption. Each villa is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating for optimal thermal comfort, as well as photovoltaic solar panels on the roof and a dual-flow ventilation system that guarantees excellent indoor air quality. These villas embody Atelier M2’s commitment to creating contemporary, sustainable architecture where comfort and energy efficiency go hand in hand.
