Following the renovation of the villa, a new indoor swimming pool project was developed. Extending from the lower ground floor, this volume is embedded into the slope of the terrain, and its roof continues the main terrace of the upper floor. The terrace is enhanced by a long ornamental pool that runs its entire length, reinforcing the dialogue with the lake and the mountains. Below, the pool area opens onto the garden, while the jacuzzi—a black monolith anchored within the pool—overlooks the water. The relaxation area atop the monolith extends into a bench set within the bay window, opening onto a zen garden. The pool itself is like a black jewel box, punctuated by a light-toned cube rising from the ground, which houses the changing rooms and sanitary facilities.
