As the original small house no longer met the needs of the family, an extension was planned to add three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interiors were renovated and the outdoor areas reorganized to restore a coherent flow and proper access, as the house previously lacked a true entrance and had no internal connection between the ground floor and the basement. The project introduces a new volume, attached to the existing villa like a “mirror,” featuring more contemporary lines and large openings in the façade that frame views of the vineyard, the village, the Jura mountains, and the garden.
